Who we are

AI SEO Booster is run by AI SEO Booster LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Jersey. Where this policy says we, us or our, it means AI SEO Booster LLC.

The quickest way to reach us about anything in this policy is support@aiseobooster.ai.

What we collect from you

When you sign up: your name, business name, email address, and your website address.

We never see your card. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, who tell us only whether a subscription is active, trialing, or has lapsed.

What we collect from your website

Once you install our plugin and give us its key, we read your published pages and posts: their text, titles, descriptions, headings, images and alt text, and which SEO plugin you use.

We do not read your shop or your accounts. The plugin has no access to your orders, your WooCommerce records or your user accounts, and we do not ask for it.

We do collect your enquiries, because that is what the lead alerts are. When somebody taps a phone number or an email link on your site, we record that it happened, on which page, and where they came from — not who they are. When somebody submits a form, we also collect what they typed: their name, phone number, email address and message. We have to, in order to email it to you within five minutes and list it in your portal.

That information belongs to the person who sent it, and we treat it as yours to act on rather than ours to use. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train anything, and we do not use it for any purpose other than showing it to you and counting it in your results. You can ask us to delete any enquiry at any time.

This matters for you as well as us: those people are your customers, not ours, and your own website privacy notice is the one that has to tell them their form goes to a service like us. Ask your own adviser if you are unsure.

What we collect from Google, if you connect it

  • Search Console: which searches your site appears for, where it ranks, and how many people clicked.
  • Analytics: visitor counts, which pages they saw, and roughly where they were.
  • Business Profile: your calls, direction requests, map views and reviews.

This is your data about your business. We read it. We never write to your Google account, never post, never change a listing, and never delete anything there.

You can cut us off at any moment at myaccount.google.com/permissions, without telling us first.

Why we collect it

  • To do the job you are paying for: work out what to write, write it, publish it, fix what is wrong, and show you what happened.
  • To bill you, to email you about your account, and to answer you when you ask us something.

That is the complete list. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell anything to data brokers, and we do not use one customer's data to benefit another.

Who else sees it

Running this needs other companies. Each one below sees only what it needs, and none of them may use your data for their own purposes. This is the full list as of the date at the top of this page:

  • Stripe — payments. They hold your card; we never do.
  • Supabase — the database your account, settings and results live in.
  • Netlify — hosting for the application your portal runs on.
  • Vercel — hosting for our marketing website, aiseobooster.ai.
  • Anthropic — the AI that writes your pages. Your website text is sent so it can write in your voice.
  • OpenAI, Perplexity and Google AI — asked whether your business comes up when somebody asks an assistant about your trade. Your business name and town are sent.
  • Ahrefs and DataForSEO — search data. Your domain and the searches you target are sent.
  • Google — Search Console, Analytics, Business Profile and PageSpeed, when you connect them.
  • Resend — sends your reports and our emails to you.
  • Pixabay — stock photographs for your posts. Nothing of yours is sent; we only search it.

How your keys are kept

Your WordPress plugin key and your Google token are the two things that would matter if they leaked. Both are encrypted before they reach our database, with AES-256-GCM, and the key that decrypts them is not stored alongside them.

Nobody at our company can read them back out of the database by looking.

How long we keep it

While your account is open, and for 90 days after you close it — long enough that changing your mind in week two does not mean starting again.

After that we delete your website content, your Google data and your results. We keep your invoices for as long as US tax law requires, because we are not allowed to delete those.

Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, within 30 days. Email support@aiseobooster.ai.

What you can ask us for

  • A copy of everything we hold about you.
  • A correction.
  • Deletion.
  • To stop emailing you.

Email support@aiseobooster.ai and we will do it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not make it difficult.

If you are in California, you have these rights by law and we will not treat you differently for using them. We do not sell personal information and never have.

Cookies

Only the ones needed to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no third-party pixels on the application.

Children

This is a product for businesses. It is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect anything from children.

If this policy changes

We will email you before a change that matters takes effect, not after. The date at the top always says when it last changed.
