Billing, Cancellation and Refunds

A card is needed to start, and nothing is taken for five days.

Cancel inside those five days and you are charged nothing at all. There is no catch and no form to fill in — email us or cancel in the portal.

If you do not cancel, your first month is charged on day six at the price of the plan you picked.

Email support@aiseobooster.ai, or ask us from inside your portal. One line is enough; you do not have to explain.

We will confirm it in writing the same working day. If you do not get that confirmation, assume it did not reach us and chase us — do not assume you are cancelled.

Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep your access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

• Charged after you cancelled — we refund it in full. Always, no argument.
• Charged twice — we refund the duplicate.
• We broke something on your website and could not put it right — tell us and we will refund the month.
• We suspended your account for any reason other than non-payment — we refund the unused part of the month.

• A month you have already used. The work for that month has been done, the pages are on your website, and the API costs behind them have been spent.
• Rankings that did not move as fast as you hoped. We do not promise rankings anywhere, and search engines are not ours to control. SEO takes months, and a page published in week three has not had time to do anything by week four.
• Set-up you did not finish. If you are stuck, tell us — we would far rather spend ten minutes helping than take money for something that never got started.

Stripe retries the charge over about two weeks. Your service keeps running during that time, because a failed charge is usually an expired card and switching your SEO off over that helps nobody.

We will email you. If it is still unpaid after the retries, the account is suspended and the work stops.

Everything already published on your website stays there. We do not remove pages over a payment.

Please email us first. A chargeback costs us a fee on top of the amount and takes months to resolve, and almost every one we have seen anywhere is something that could have been sorted out in one reply.

If we got it wrong, we will refund you faster than your bank will.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and is governed by the same law: the law of the State of New Jersey, and the courts of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Nothing here takes away a right you have under the consumer law of the state you live in. Where the two differ, your state's law wins.
