What this service is
We read your website and your search data, decide what will help you rank in the towns you work in, write the pages, publish them to your website, fix what is wrong on the pages you already have, and report what happened.
Most of it runs without anybody touching it. Some things always wait for you — they are listed further down.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and entitled to enter into this agreement for the business you are signing up.
- You must own the website you connect, or have the owner's permission to let us change it. If you connect a website you do not control, that is on you, and we may close your account.
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
Your five free days
A card is required to start, and nothing is charged for five days.
If you cancel before the five days are up, you are not charged at all. If you do not, your subscription starts automatically at the price of the plan you chose and your card is charged that day.
One trial per business. Signing up again with a different email to get another five days is not allowed and we may close both accounts.
Paying for it
Plans are priced per website, per month, and are charged in advance. The price you signed up at is on your account page and in your receipts.
It renews every month on its own until you cancel. That is the point of a subscription, and we would rather say it plainly here than hide it.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over about two weeks. We do not switch your service off on the first failed charge — usually it is an expired card, and stopping work over that helps nobody. If it is still unpaid after the retries, your account is suspended.
We may change our prices. If we change yours, we will email you at least 30 days beforehand, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Cancelling
Any time, with no notice period and no exit fee. Email support@aiseobooster.ai or ask us in the portal.
You keep your access until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a month — see our refund policy, which says what we do and do not refund and why.
Everything we published on your website stays on your website. We do not take pages down when you leave. They are yours, you paid for them, and removing them would damage a real business over a cancelled subscription.
What you are letting us do on your website
When you install our plugin and give us its key, you authorise us to do the following on the website you connected, and nothing else:
- Read your published pages and posts, and their SEO settings
- Create and publish new pages — town pages, blog posts and your answer page
- Rewrite page titles, meta descriptions and headings
- Add internal links between your pages
- Upload images and write alt text for images that have none
- Create redirects, and hide a page from search or unhide it
- Clear your site's cache so a change shows up straight away
- Tell Google and Bing a page has changed
What we will not do on your website
We will not change your design, your theme or your templates. We will not touch your products, your prices, your orders or your customer records. We will not delete a page you wrote.
Every change we make is recorded with what was there before, and can be undone. Your dashboard lists every one and shows which have been reverted; ask us and we will undo any of them. The system also reviews each change after two weeks on its own, and reverts it if the page did worse.
What always waits for you
Some things put something public in your name, so they never happen on their own:
- Sending an outreach email to a publication — you approve every one before it leaves
- Approving a change that moves which of your pages ranks for a search
- Publishing a town page — it is written as a hidden draft and only goes live once approved
- Deciding which services and towns you actually want
Outreach, on the Complete plan
On the Complete plan we find publications worth asking for a link, write the email, and show it to you. It is sent from our address, in your business's name, and only after you have approved that specific email.
You are responsible for what you approve. We will not send anything you have not read.
We do not buy links, sell links, or swap them. If a publication asks for money, we tell you and we stop.
Your content stays yours
Everything on your website is yours, including the pages we write for you. We claim no ownership of any of it.
You give us permission to read, copy and change it only as far as we need to in order to do the job — and only while your account is open.
What we do not promise
We do not promise any ranking, any position, any amount of traffic, any number of calls, or any revenue. Nobody honestly can. Google decides what ranks, Google changes its mind, and Google does not tell us in advance.
What we promise is that the work gets done, that you can see every bit of it in your dashboard, and that we will tell you plainly when something is not working rather than hiding it in a report.
Using it properly
Use it for a real, lawful business that you are entitled to represent.
Do not use it to publish anything unlawful, deceptive or infringing. Do not try to break into it, overload it, scrape it, or resell access to it without our written agreement.
If you do, we may suspend or close your account. If we do that for a reason other than non-payment, we will refund the unused part of your month.
Things outside our control
We depend on Google, on your web host, on your WordPress installation and on several other companies listed in our privacy policy. When one of those breaks or changes its rules, some of what we do may stop working until it is fixed.
We will tell you when that happens and what it affects. We cannot be responsible for a third party's decision, outage or policy change.
Our liability
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
If we are liable to you for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost rankings, lost traffic or lost business. This does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law.
If we change these terms
We will email you at least 30 days before a change that matters takes effect. If you do not accept it, cancel before it starts and you will not be charged again.
Which law applies
The law of the State of New Jersey, and the courts of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
